Welcome to ByMajestique. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following simple terms, designed to keep your experience smooth, fresh, and fair.
Payment & Orders
All orders must be paid in full before they are processed. We lovingly handcraft every product fresh to order, and it takes up to 10 business days to create and prepare your items to ensure the highest quality. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
Handcrafted Nature
Because our spa products and gift baskets are custom-made, each order is unique. Please note that natural variations may occur—this is part of their charm.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers (USPS or UPS) once completed. We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with an added fee). Once your order leaves our hands, responsibility for handling passes to the carrier. While we pack everything carefully, some shifting may occur during transit.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handcrafted, made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are not available. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly remake or exchange your order (shipping charges apply).

Sales Tax
Orders shipped will include Maryland sales tax as required by law.
