Return & Replacement Policy – ByMajestique Events, Gifts, and Spa
At ByMajestique, every item is handcrafted with care, made to order with your unique experience in mind. Due to the custom nature of our products and for sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it. To process a replacement, please provide full photographic evidence of the damage along with the return of the original package.
Please note: All items are made to order and require a 10-business-day processing time before shipping.
